A mortgage geek and insurance nerd with a passion for cycling, Scott enjoys a craft ale or artisan gin and has an unhealthy obsession with Italy. He lives in Leicestershire with Jeanette and their rather lively Bordoodle dog, Dougal.
Working with a broad range of clients, Scott has a special interest in providing mortgage and insurance advice to legal professionals, in particular Barristers. He has been placed in the VouchedFor Top Rated Advisers lists every year since 2019, as well as serving on the Board of our trade body; the Association of Mortgage Intermediaries (AMI). He’s a member of the London Institute of Banking and Finance (MLIBF), holding their Level 4 Diploma in Mortgage Advice and Practice (DipMAP), and Level 4 Award in Protection Advice, as well as being signed up to their CeMAP Advanced Professional program.
With over 25 years’ experience in the financial services sector, within both lenders and brokerage firms, Scott has delivered presentations to various affinity groups and business clubs on a wide range of subjects such as residential and buy-to-let mortgage lending and the use of Trusts within life insurance.
Scott can offer telephone and video appointments with new and existing clients throughout the UK.
