Whether you are looking to buy your first home, move house, review your current mortgage, or invest in property (buy-to-let) good quality mortgage advice is key. With access to 50+ lenders and thousands of mortgage deals we’re ideally placed to guide you through the whole process, answering all your questions along the way and ensuring that you end up with the right mortgage for your specific, individual needs.


Once we’ve found you the right mortgage then we’ll apply for and deal with the lender on your behalf to make the transaction as smooth as we possibly can. We’ll also get back in touch as your mortgage deal reaches its end to help you review the options at that time and make any changes that are needed.


Our principal adviser, Scott, holds the Diploma in Mortgage Advice and Practice (DipMAP, or sometimes called Advanced CeMAP), which is a higher qualification than most advisers practicing today. He is also part of the London Institute of Banking & Finance’s Certified Mortgage Adviser and CeMAP Advanced Professional accreditation schemes.

Insurance goes hand-in-hand with a mortgage; the very word mortgage is borrowed from the French and translates to “death pledge”. So how are you going to meet your death pledge? And it’s not just about those with a mortgage; how will you or your family pay rent, or buy other essentials (like food!) if you die, or are too ill to work?


Whilst it may be tempting to see insurance as a simple thing that you can do quickly and easily online, when it comes to the personal protection plans needed to properly insure you and your loved ones, it is important to get it right – otherwise you could be paying for something that, when you or your family need it, simply doesn’t do the job.


We’ll not only look at what insurance plans fit best with your own individual circumstances, but also talk you through the different options and cover available to design and build your perfect protection portfolio from the range of insurance partners we work closely with. We’ll then apply for and deal with the insurer on your behalf to make the whole process as painless as possible.


Should you need to make any changes to the insurance policy in the future, or heaven forbid make a claim, then we’ll be on hand to help then too.


Scott, our principal adviser, is an advocate for high quality protection and insurance planning and highly regarded in the insurance market; often asked by insurers and others for comment on new initiatives, or products prior to launch.

    The interest that may be accrued over the long term with a Lifetime Mortgage, may mean it is not the cheapest solution. As interest is charged on both the original loan and the interest that has been added, the amount you owe will increase over time, reducing the equity left in your home and the value of any inheritance, potentially to nothing.

    Although the final decision is yours, you are encouraged to discuss your plans with your family and beneficiaries, as a Lifetime Mortgage could have an impact on any potential inheritance. We would also encourage you to invite them to join any meetings with your Financial Adviser so they can ask questions and join in the decision, as we believe it is better to discuss your decision with them before you go ahead. This is a referral service.
